Bring your passion for patient care to this highly rated medical clinic! Dr. Ashraf is seeking a front desk medical receptionist to help with welcoming patients, general reception, administration, and more!

The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, friendly, and able to communicate and multitask effectively.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

COVID-19 Considerations: Plastic barriers at all stations, temperature checks, and COVID-19 questionnaires for patients

Job Duties

  • Greet and check patients in and out
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scan insurance cards
  • Enter appropriate information for electronic health records, referrals, and medical records

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
