As a team member for IT Help Desk support, you will be the main point of contact for customers! You will answer questions, look into IT problems and find solutions. The ability to speak Korean is required!

- Provide IT Support for customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network problems
- Follow up with customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Manage user accounts and password resets
- Document procedures, FAQs, and inventory of assets
- Other IT Support duties
- Bilingual in Korean is required!
- Experience with ticketing and escalations
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Mac OS and PC hardwares
- Positive attitude and well organized
- Create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carrier
